Yellowjacket is a complex Marvel Comics character primarily associated with the Ant-Man mythos. The identity has been used by multiple individuals, but is most famously associated with Dr. Henry "Hank" Pym.
Hank Pym, a brilliant scientist, initially created the shrinking technology that made him Ant-Man. Frustrated with his limitations, he experimented further, developing Pym Particles to grow and shrink, and alter his personality, creating the identity of Yellowjacket.
As Yellowjacket, Pym gained enhanced strength and the ability to fire bio-electric stings. However, the transformation was psychologically unstable, exacerbating Pym's existing mental health issues.
